Summary:
The narrator:
The tough enviroment of the Colbo mountain made them stronger
To the north of this mountain is Gray Terminal, otherwise known as the Trash Heap
There is a city north of it, but there is a strong stone wall blocking the way
The only passage is a Grand Gate, and twice a day trash collected from the entire kingdom is transported from there
???: Hey!! The trash is here!! Let's go treasure hunt!!
The people of the Trash Heap makes living by going to the city to sell recycled materials
But they don't want to live in the city. No one wants to feel miserable.
As you pass through the Grand Gate, there is a wide road, and a passage leading to a rundown backalley of the town, full of foul stench.
The backalleys are full of punks and thugs. If you travel further down the city, you come to a neatly organized central town.
And in the center of that lies a tall stone walls, guarding the high ground city where the nobility and the royalty live.
The name of this nation is Kingdom of Goa
It is considered the most beautiful nation in East Blue, with streets clean of trash, and every unnecessary objects expelled from the city.
This nation could be considered a successful example of the segregation society
Fuusha village where Luffy was born belongs to this nation, but is nearly forgotten
About Sabo:
Sabo is a noble of Kingdom of Goa
father: Listen Sabo, become a man who one day will marry the royal princess
mother: Then our house will be set instone! I'm sure you'll be happy!
Sabo: ........
father: I'm tired from work, Sabo!! If you have time to draw something like this, go to your room and study!

mother: You got into a fight with a child of the royalty!?
Sabo: Yes... I'm hurt. He used a weapon....
mother: I'm sorry sir!! Were you hurt anywhere? (aimed at the royalty)

The girl his parents wanted to marry is princess of the royalty of Goa, not World Nobles.
Just drop that notion already, you guys are grasping for straws lol

Sabo: ....I actually have both my parents, and I'm not an orphan. I wasn't born here in the trash mount.
The man who called for me today is my father.
(orphan part is me guessing from the context, the word is actually too blurry to read)

Bluejam: Of course, good sir! You've already paid us to.
I'll make sure and take care of these two, so they'll never be able to come near the young master
Sabo: Wait, Bluejam!!!! Dad, ok I understand!!
noble: What is it that you understand, Sabo?
Ace: Don't do it Sabo!!
Sabo: I'll do anything you say... I'll live as you say.... so please, don't hurt these two!!
Please, I beg you... they're my precious brothers!!
Ace: Sabo!!! Hey...!!? Don't go!!! Just brush them off and run, we'll be fine!!!
We're gonna be free together, right!!? Are you letting this end right now!!? Sabo!!!!!!
On a side note BTW, apparently the cover (which was deleted) is Magellan and Hannyabal fishing together.

Prediction/Analysis

Luffy's Flashback
Luffy's flashback is sure to be ending soon. I think it'll end with the death of Sabo, possibly giving his life to defend Luffy, Ace or both of them. The stealing of the money from the Bluejam pirates has sort of foreshadowed the events to follow, as I see it Bluejam will find Luffy and Ace and Sabo, about to kill them, Sabo gives his life to let his friends escape. So this little childhood arc is basically for Oda to show Ace's back story. I also think when it's finished Luffy will have calmed down to some degree.
I think after the flashback Luffy will regroup with his Crew, and they will all have significant power up-grades from the places they we're sent to.
The Crew
Zoro: He is seen on Kuraigana Island, along with Perona, the island is in the Grand Line so there shouldn't be a problem getting him back. On teh cover story (Chapter 560) you see Zoro meeting someone, the shadow of the person is clearly carrying a sword. The person will either teach Zoro some new attacks or Zoro will grow stronger by defeating the swordsman.
Nami: She was sent to Weatheria, she obviously will come back with some new ways to control weather. The scientists on Weatheria can obviously control the weather very well and will probably share their techniques with Nami.
Usopp: He will probably become more confident and stronger and not run away from all his fights as he will have to fight to survive on Boin Archipelago. He got fat on the island.... I dont know how this will help him in anyway....
Sanji: He was sent to Momoiro Island, which is home to the Okama of Kamabakka Kingdom. Sanji will probably become much stronger by fighting off all the Okama and also learn to be able to hurt women and not be as "enthusiastic" when seeing women.... assuming Ivankov arrives and helps Sanji get back to Luffy, maybe on Amazon Lily, he will probably retain his "enthusiasm" when getting there.
Chopper: He was sent to Torino Kingdom, in EAST BLUE, I'd like to know how he rejoins the crew from east blue, having to travel the first half of the grand line again??? or maybe he'll make friends with the giant birds and they'll take him back to his crew. Chopper might learn to control his Monster Point from the Rumble Ball... although, he'd be too strong then.
Robin: She was sent to Tequila Wolf, in EAST BLUE as well, the Revolutionaries have taken over Tequila Wolf and have saved her, so I assume she could meet Dragon, and he might help her get back or simply arrange for her to get back to Luffy.
Franky: He was sent to Karakuri Island, the place of Vegapunk's old home. I think Franky will use the technology there and Vegapunk's designs to give him SUPER~ upgrades (couldn't resist the SUPER~ opportunity) He could slowly turn him himself into a Pacifista, but keeping his humanity, so not a complete Pacifista.
Brook: He was sent to Namakura Island, where the Longarm Tribe have been causing trouble. He will probably help the people who "summoned" him to defeat the Longarm Tribe.
