Idris Elba (Prometheus, The Wire, Thor, Ghost Rider 2) in Pacific Rim. Elba has also been rumored for talks to take a role in Quentin Tarantino's Django Unchained. He would join Charlie Hunnam (Children of Men, S.O.A.) in the film if cast. The story is set in a future in which an alien attack threatens the existence of earth. Humans battle the nasty and brutal creatures by piloting giant robots.
